As an rationale investor I will wait for good time and then I will definitely sale out my coins but at wrong situation I ll keep my self calm and give market a new chance.

The problem is that nobody know when panic is finished. Very hard to find the best price for buy. If you buy on the start of panic sells, than you can lost big part of your portfolio in very short time.

The other name for panic sellers is "weak hands", people who are not able to handle their assets and sell after FUD publications or unexpected price movements.
I am sure that Bitcoin price will rise in future. This is future technology and I am saying this again and again . You can see the benefit of holding btc for those who holding it from last 2 to 3 years or more.
