I am supporting the idea that decisions made in panic can only lead to the fall of your portfolio. You cannot stay cold blooded and overthink your decisions, thats why I believe that it is better to stay out of the market for a while, if you panic.

In my opinion, if the market conditions experience a significant decline, it is possible that selling will be required because maybe the market conditions may be severe, but in some conditions there are crypto which have drastically decreased and can recover but it's very little or maybe 1-10 altcoin
that's why we need to carefully analyze the coins we have because everything really depends on the coins we have because if we assume that the coins we have will never be able to rise again then I think selling them is not a stupid decision.but if the coins we have still have the potential to rise, then selling them is not a good choice, especially in panic.

panic selling won't give anything, it only makes big traders happy because they can buy at low prices and sell when prices are high. stay consistent and don't get caught up in the market situation and don't panic sell
I prefer ETH, I think in the near future its positive volatility will overtake the dynamics of Bitcoin growth.
