For me there is no option to do a panic selling, I've always tried to stay calm and don't get carried with the flow of any dropping market.
I was doing that and i could avoid on getting lost and regret after doing a panic selling.

I will only do panic selling if and only if the token at hand is worth selling. If not, there is no point in selling especially in this current state of the crypto market. I am not into panic selling. I do hope that market could still recover. I do not want to take advantage the current status.of market to do panic selling. Just patiently waiting for the market to become green.
