I agree with you most especially when the cash back is not equal to your total spending, because casinos are business ventures and there is no way a player can make more than the house that way it is impossible to even think that the cash back can be something that is with the while, but then there is always the chances that you win some of the games and not lose all, and if the cash back is based on total spending which means both winning and loses, it make some sense.

But if in any way, that the cash back is only accumulated by your loses and not include winning also it means alot of turn off then.

It would be better if they can have official representative because hiring a member just to post ANN thread is not enough because members here need to have direct interaction with the official representative.

Both 1xbet and paripesa are using the same software for their site including 1xbit.com and that software is BetB2B - in a post shared by a user (which I’ll quote below) it can be seen that BetB2B is owned by 1xbet.com and any gambling site that uses that same software to me is as shady as 1xbet.com/1xbit.com.

When I first made my post I had forgotten that paripesa was among the list of casinos that used BetB2B, it was after I read your post that I remembered.

It seems to me that it is not the intention of the owners of this casino to keep interacting here on the forum, they are probably avoiding this forum due to someone being able to discover something shady about this casino, I could be wrong in my observation, but something tells me that we need to be very careful with this casino. It's a valid question and recommendation. The team want to have their brand appearance here and to keep up their brand exposure with community members, they must have a brand representative here, to reply to community questions.

Having the announcement thread is good but it is only a first step. The publisher can not answer questions from community members for a business he does not know all things. Even he knows, answers must come from the business team members, a representative. If the company does not assign a member to do this task, forward questions and answers back and forth from the publisher to the team, will cause misinformation. It's not good and can affect the company reputation.

Welcome PariPesa to the forum but as said they need to consider and assign one of their team members as an official representative here.
