Is there a requirement or standard for altcoins you accept for collateral?
There isn't any major standard, it just has to have decent trading volume so that it can be reliably sold if you default.

According to Coinmarketcap, 18,500 TGAME = 0.75 ETH, usually we would need at least 130% of the loan amount as collateral, but since this is a low volume coin, it would need to be even more than that.
