Do you have to buy an address before you can buy coins?

It seems to me that you can't generate a pascal coin address like you can do with a bitcoin address. How do you get an address to send coins to if the only way you can get a pascal coin address is through mining? Can you buy one off a miner and somehow link it to your private key?

The addresses are mined with the coins. I think you can also buy addresses from others.

Hey Twitchyseal,

Sorry I went off on you, I'm still frustrated over getting scammed the other day.  The conclusions you've reached could be totally plausible.  I wouldn't even be surprised if someone did a legitimate escrow transaction
for 5,000 or 10,000 coins to reel someone in to later scam them on a much larger transaction. What a sick world!!  Thanks for letting me know the schemes that go on around here.  I do appreciate it.

No worries.

You should really start a thread here.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

The alt coin scam busters will b e able to figure more out and at least make sure those accouts become worthless.

Twitchyseal,

Are you insane?  I was scammed by UsaLove for .44 Bitcoin.  I'm the scamee, certainly not the scammer.  Get Lost!!

How about I help you figure out wtf is going on instead?

It looks pretty obvious to me that cryptotrout, spofas and Aetsen are alts of the same person and this person just bought these accounts in the past 30 days with the intention to scam someone like you.

Well, I haven't figured out what exactly was going on between you and USALove.

But I'm pretty sure that, if you are truly the victim of being to trusting, you are about to get scammed several more times by doing any more business in this thread.

It looks pretty obvious to me that cryptotrout, spofas,  Aetsen and probably a couple others are alts of the same person and this person just bought these accounts in the past 30 days with the intention to scam someone like you.

Here's the guy the vouched for Trout:

In case you really are totally new.

People farm accounts by making just a couple posts every 2 weeks.  This is the fastest way to increase forum status with minimum effort.

All a scumbag has to do is  buy one hero account to play the roll of trusty escrow and a handful of jr - senior member accoutns to make him look busy.

Not sure if it matters much, but I can vouch for CryptoTrout and Spofas. Both good guys without bad intentions.
I don't know the other guys, so I can't say anything about them.
I'd love to hear what made you say this, and if you still think so, convince me I'm wrong.

Looks like at least a couple account have been hacked involving this coin.

Also, the guy I keep seeing with "escrow" next to his name also has "This user's password was reset recently." notification.

For now, I would be advise being very very very careful doing buisiness with vibajajo64, cyprotrout, Usalove, spofas, Aetsen and anyone else who suggests them.

Baseless accusations. The trade I completed yesterday was between me and Aesten (and CryptoTrout escrowed the transaction). Everything went smooth.
Can't speak for the other 2 people on the list (vibajajo46 and Usalove), but I've got nothing but positive feedback from Aesten and CryptoTrout. +1 Trust
