The OP already stated the rotator is open source and that he is selling the directories pre loaded into the script. He is not selling open source software, he is selling his time. So there is no scam here.

Sorry, that should have been wouldnt be hard to do it your self. There are active directories already loaded with links. Could spend an hour of your own time and potentially get more than 500 links.

To get what this guy is selling it wouldn't be hard, just tedious. You'd just have to get all the faucets yourself where this guy is selling a lot of them as a package. i will offer you 0,001BTC for that script

why you ask for 0.01 if you can earn much more if you use your own BTC address for refferals? something is fishy here
