yeah. few ICOs gave a lot of profits. but lots of ICOs are getting failed or doing scam. remember Iconomi, Pesobit and other goood ICOs, I've bought 5000 Pesobit coins. I've bought one PSB for 400 satoshi and sold each for 3000 k satoshi..
Agree. While ICOs are a good way to make profit if you are an early investor, it could be extremely risky as once the coin or project is launched, the value of the same could plummet leaving you with less money than what was initially invested. That is why it is best to quickly sell the ICO coins, once it launches to take advantage of the pump that it would have in its initial days before it’s too late. I have benefited from many ICOs such as Lisk and Waves by doing this.
Nevertheless, just take necessary precautions before investing into an ICO, such as making a research of development team involved, company or organization behind it, project goals, and more, before regretting making a bad decision that leave you with less money than invested. Just my opinion.
