I also bought some ARB to add to my portfolio when the dump happen. Meanwhile I'm still doing DCA to the other coins. There's no selling happened since I have a spare stable coin for investment. No matter where the market can go, we should be ready in it for us to maximize the market situation. Of course I'm doing DCA on bitcoin not only altcoins.

The bull market we are expecting are coming near, a little patience with our investment will hopefully bloom on the bull market next year or next next year.

You are doing it smartly. Historically the best times found to buy crypto is when everyone is mass selling. Physiologically it's hard to buy something losing value but that's how you catch low prices. A lot of smart people are buying right now. That's not to say anything you buy will make you money but that's another story. The time to buy is definitely now.

In theory he is indeed a smart person in making purchases in the current market situation which is very saturated and every day in red is boring and scares most investors who are selling right now.
So far the popularity that ARB has gotten is pretty good because ethereum's L2 network gives network speed and cheaper cost, of course the upgrade potential is bigger in the next bullrun, who knows maybe it could come back to ATH, and I think buying at $0.9 is the price quite wise.

$ 11 is it possible that we can meet for ARB in the alt season later, if you ask my opinion, I doubt it.

I had not invested and trade since the market got red from the previous 2-3 weeks, and also I didn't sold in loss the already bought coin at binance. I'm holding arb about $500, for which I'm also in loss because I had bought it at high price now, it is down.

You've managed to earn $4.38 since purchasing your 100 Arbitrum tokens (ARB) if you actually got them at $0.9. It's not a big number, but at least you've managed to become a disciplined trader if you decide to sell it.

Talking about the altcoins that I bought, I haven't bought anything for the past few weeks, but I do have Oasis Network (ROSE) tokens in my portfolio which I accumulate every 2 months. I have been holding this token since last year and will continue to hold it until it is at my sell target.

I'm accumulating Bitcoins at the moment and if I feel like I should buy some altcoins as well, I will probably go with the most trusted ones, for now, such as ETH because I'm not in the position to take any risks and I know that buying any other altcoin will pose some risk as anything can happen with them at any given time and we have seen that happening in the past, so it's better to play it safe instead of regretting your decisions when the bull run begins.

Also, I prefer doing DCA and not investing everything I have because I don't believe that this is the bottom of the market but I think there can be a deeper dip and if I spend everything at once, I won't be able to buy at a lower price and that will be an opportunity that I would never want to miss.

I'd just buy more BTC and BNB...but I still stick to the limitation. It was very important to keep it that way even though we still had the money to spend and of course, we need to be more careful as we never know what will happen next.
As I watch the market chart, there is a sign yet of recovery but I believe this panic state that caused a huge drop will end soon. We have to keep on the positive side, not on the negative side because this will affect our mindset and decisions.

In every market crash, I am only pushing my limits on BTC & ETH simply because these coins are having higher chances to recover once the market price stabilizes and once demand again enter the market. You may also choose other coins such as XRP and the likes but I do expect extreme volatility on its end. However xrp for example is relative to bitcoin's price movement unlike with other altcoins. Choose the ones which are more likely to recover in few days based on the charts. Also, wait for the best discount and never oppose the price movement in order to maximize the potential profit once recovery take place.

I don't want to dig deeper on some altcoins right now, although I still have like 3-5 altcoins in my wallet, I'm satisfied by it and holding in my wallet and just wait for the next bull run.

So BTC And some ETH as this crash and then I will continue to do DCA for BTC again.

Smart World Global Token

With the next Bitcoin halving coming in next April 2024, that's just within next 9 months. Litecoin had it's significant increase in price 6 months before the last halving, so Bitcoin would be another good investment at this time. Another good option is Solana as it's predicted to be one of the leading utility token in next bull run. If you want to take some risk, investing on some popular and low priced meme coins that are not around their all time high could be a good bet.

Maybe OP is simply thinking about profit, I'm not sure how long you can keep it but I think you will sell it if it goes up x10 tomorrow

, but every day they check the price of the volatility that they have chosen.
ETH myself is the crypto that I have held the longest, with a period of about 2 years, but honestly going through many mistakes made me think that holding one thing for a long time should choose the top ones, and don't compare too much about the current profit level.

Never did bought any at the downturn in about a week or so.

Reason for that is simply I don't have the funds right now, but for others like you, then it's good, just a matter on what altcoins you want to invest and put your money in and then hope for the best.

I have some cryptos though, and so I didn't bother to sell them, just HODL and then see how it goes in the future. And then I only have BTC as the main source so if ever I have cash then I will stick to it.

Not yet. I'm still expecting for another crash. I have an eye on some altcoins but now is not the time to buy yet. Also if I buy an altcoin, I don't plan on keeping it for a long time. Once I make money out of it, I will quickly sell it and buy for another coin. You shouldn't be loyal in any altcoin and keep it until it goes up. That might make you bag it for a long time instead of earning with other altcoins.

I'm not so sure about my choice as well but I bought in some LTC. It was to decrease the average buying price for me. The average price for me is still 71 while current price is 64. I might again buy some of it as I believe it would soon cross over $100. Not particularly bullish for the coin but I believe in the trend. I also sold some of my SOL to buy Steem. I prefer SOL more but it does have much price movement to keep trading. Steem on the other hand is good for trading on swings.

Currently, the market is experiencing instability. However, if someone has faith in any alternative cryptocurrency, then I would suggest that there is no issue in purchasing it, especially if the intention is for long-term investment. On the other hand, if the intention is short-term gains, then this might not be the appropriate moment to make a purchase. Different individuals perceive the market in varying ways; I too have invested in 2-3 coins – XRP, Matic, and Quant. These investments have been made with a long-term perspective in mind. I made these purchases because these coins are significantly below their all-time highs. Despite the likelihood of the market remaining sideways for around 3 months or potentially even dropping, I am aware that opportunities like these might be rare. Hence, I am taking a calculated risk to seize the moment.

Not sure I just doing dca on some tokens that I am accumulating ever since. Like avax, bnb, eth and of course bitcoin. Have some small bags of some early tokens of other projects but not looking to add more for them. Their just moon bag in case a bull season take place. Youll probably get suprise with tbose tokens gaining more than what you can imagine.

But better to acquire safety tokens or coins for now like btc, eth, bnb cause this are lot safer than newer alts.
