It doesn't sound like we have heard of this casino before. It doesn't have an ANN thread here. Histake is up for a year but wasn't posting anything to the biggest crypto community, that's unusual. OP could just be spamming this casino.

The casino though isn't saying anything about KYC. If OP withdraws the $8000 balance without sending KYC, it would be cool to see a screenshot.
Not sure if he is only spamming the casino because last year he also had a case against one of the biggest casino that had advertisement here in which Rollbit
resolved case against rollbit  meaning he is not just someone that bumping casino out there but actually have some proofs.
anyway lets use this thread as warning for those who might try playing in that said casino.

Ya im not spamming a casino for no good reason lol...I gamble a lot, and am pretty honest with anything. I bet on sports for a living, am not cheating the casino, KYC with every casino, try to follow rules to as best as my knowledge.

Rollbit is a great casino btw, just ran into a problem with them

it's already 5 days. it's not normal therefore you are right to worry about your funds. you left a considerably good amount still. some of us will be posting accusations already on the scam board in such a situation.

by the looks of it, you are the only one who has experience with this histakes.io.
how did you discover this casino?

I never touch this one since it has some bad reviews on trustpilots. I meant i do under i can't use trust pilot as a reliable source to get accurate review about such casino but i do believe if people who were writing negative reviews are far reliable compared with people who have made positive reviews which is probably manipulation.

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/histakes.io

Some negative reviews were having almost the same case as you. I rarely heard of this site caused by this one is not even popular among the gamblers.

Histakes has been running by Familypot B.V.

Familypot B.V. has also been running some casinos like uberlucky casino. Uberlucky casino was a scam casino https://casino.guru/uberlucky-casino-review

I have just heard this name. I don't play in a lot of casinos & that's why I'm not much familiar with most of them. Nevertheless, I guess you have been scammed for sure. I had a quick check on the internet and found people complaining a lot in Trust Pilot- https://www.trustpilot.com/review/histakes.io
Indeed as looks like similar cases with Him is happened some time ago and seems that he is luckier than others because the site let him withdraw at least 200 dollars before blocking(at least it will happen in the next 5 days like what they promised him to wait)  Grin Grin , But kidding aside , trust pilot results/reviews shows that there are shill reviews to boost the site but the big cases seemingly legit claims.
sad for OP but he must admit or expect that in the next 5 days the response will be cruel or he will be blocked right away.

That's tough you have a good case if the casino you mentioned had an announcement here but it's a casino that the community is not heard of, its better to create another topic about histakes.io, and this time it should be on the scam section, you can post all your pieces of evidence so to make it look legit, now to have a better chance to get your funds you contact them and tell them that they have a scam accusation on the most popular Bitcoin forum, the accusation is also a reference about histakes.io in case gamblers check the reputation of histakes.io.

I only noticed in the negative reviews of histakes.io when the positive ones said that someone who posted on their platform was quick
to reply to it.

But when there was an issue that one of their users posted on the platform, I didn't even see a replay from histakes.io to deal with the problem their clients faced on their platform. This is where you can see that this casino's intentions are not good. That's why it's still really good to know well before entering money to gamble.

If they closed down 1 part of their casino already( the sportsbook) then IMO they're not gonna give you anything else. It's a casino that I have never heard of and from the replies so far noone else has either. Hopefully $200 was more then you deposited.

Has anyone had any experience with histakes.io ?

No, I haven't heard this casino before, so most likely everyone here hasn't had that experience playing at that platform because majority here chooses to gamble to casinos that has build their reputation here. Not saying that they have a bad reputation, but we don't like to take risk and then face issues later when we win and then we can't withdraw our money.

As @Dr.Bitcoin_Strange, the best thing to do is to make some noises on their social media account to get their attention so that the support or even the owner themselves will see your issue and maybe they will respond to you in timely manner. Just be ready though to prepare your accounts or even KYC if they are going to asked you to send to them before they will allow you to withdraw (it could have been in their ToS).

I have not used that casino, but man, there are some reputable casinos in this forum to use. Anyway, I'm sorry, because the whole thing smells like a scam. I will urge you to either check if they have any customer support services and contact them, or get their email and send in complaints. I was able to get a related Twitter page, which I think is theirs, so you could also confirm if it is their page so you can send DMs to them.

First time to hear of this casino and this is the usual thing they do for those gamblers that try to withdraw with such amounts. They've got a lot of reviews as per google search but I wouldn't bite with all of them since there's an experience from yours telling that they are delaying withdrawals even after the compliance you've made with complete papers and process through their kyc.

As OP have mentioned they have closed the sportsbook and left casino alone, which could even be a sign of bankruptcy? and if not they should atleast compensate their players whose funds got stucked.
It could be but also it could just be some tactics that they won't their users give their money as they've requested for withdrawal already.

this is the first I've heard of them, so no experience.

have you asked their support as to why the $8000 was rolled back? Have they given you the reason why the withdrawal is still pending after 5 days? Have you had any type of conversations through chat or email regarding the issue? if you have you might want to take a screenshot and post it as evidence.

upon checking their website it seems that they didn't actually remove their sportsbook, they just remove the link. if you search "histakes.io/en/sports" you will be directed to it. I'm making an assumption here based on your post, judging from their action I have a feeling that they either don't want to pay you your winnings or they don't enough funds to pay you, either way, their actions are clearly shady.

Never heard of this gambling site as well
But I guess it would be better to show your proofs and conversation with the gambling site in this post for it to have further attention and to give it a bigger chance for your fund to be withdrawn. It is sad that your concern is pending already for 5 days, try following it up more but if it would cross a month, I guess it would be time to accept things unless you have something to come after them perhaps site's registration, but if not, this will just be a learned lesson. What's unfortunate as well, are gambling sites being not responsive on such issues. As OP have mentioned they have closed the sportsbook and left casino alone, which could even be a sign of bankruptcy? and if not they should atleast compensate their players whose funds got stucked.

Hi, does anyone have any past experience with histakes.io?

I had recently deposited and won on their sportsbook. They then decided to close down their sportsbook and leave only the caisno open. Since i dont play the casino i went to withdraw
Sent in all my documents that say verifies on their site.

they gave me 1 withdraw of $200 but the rest of the withdraw ($8000) was rolledback
next day I went to withdraw again, and it has been pending for 5 days now.

I know a lot of casinos are not scams, but I know of some friends who have ran into bad experiences with crypto casinos so naturally i am worried about my funds

Has anyone had any experience with histakes.io ?

I have never heard of that casino but before you decide to deposit your money on any casino, you should do some research first, otherwise you might very well be caught in the scam trap and probably will never see your hard earned money again. Does histakes have a legitimate license? Have there been any complaints online - you can search on google and on their social media's. Do you have the real web address or perhaps did you get lured unto a phishing site? You can find many red flags if there is anything shady going on with that casino.  I am not trying to say that histakes is shady or anything and by no means do I wish to alarm you.

After googling the words "Histakes.io" and "scam", the first result is on Trustpilot and I can already find several scam accusations. And only 11 reviews...   Undecided Best to stick to casinos that have been vetted by the Bitcointalk community in the future.

Hope you get your money back..

Also, if it turns out that they are scammers, you should probably make sure the government identity documents you gave them are flagged as stolen. Otherwise you might find out that you have been the victim of identity theft. And that can become very serious (especially if somebody takes out a loan in your name). One of the reasons I abhor KYC.

This is my first time of hearing about this gambling site. I suggest you moved this topic to reputation so that it will be properly handle over there than here. And secondly you need to show some proof of your conversation with them so that anyone can help you from there maybe if they have any representative it couybe possible to access them with your claims.
