But the weird thing is NOOBs are dumping valuable digital assets as they never know what the bottom is, neither the top. They are scared and they won’t recover. So, The best way to make a profit just HODL, since you don't lose anything before you sell. Holders are long game players.
Definitely patience is the most important element in trading keeping in mind that you have invested in the right project.But if not then cash out immediately because waiting for long in those projects will bring nothing but loss only. Cryptocurrency is definitely for the long hodl even while trading . The true value of crypto isn't even realized yet. The true value of Ethereum is in the smart contracts that drive distributed apps. But this technology isn't widely used yet. Just imagine the value of Ethereum when Ether is used to power apps that millions of people depend on? The price so far is driven by the anticipated value of this and by speculation. Hodl on to your crypto, something big is ahead.

In my experience, I earned money in long-term investments and I lost a lot in short-term investments.

I have nothing to comment on the probability part, but on another point I agree, if people want to make profits with bitcoin or altcoins then people should be aware that they should hold for a long time.
What happens is the following: the person buys bitcoin when the price is in the $10,000 and the price begins to fall, and fall and when the price drops to $8900 people already panic and sell for fear of losing everything. people think the price will fall to zero. but this is because people want to make quick profits and when prices fall they lose hope.

exactly, people want to make huge profits every day, but they do not know how to do it and they do not know that it is very difficult and risky to do that.
I doubt patience is what you need. Maybe in bear phase, patience can save you from panic selling. But in bull phase, patience can get you rekt. There were people who FOMOed in December and bought BTC at the peak of $20k. If they kept the patience till now instead of cutting loss margin. Then there investment is almost 65% down. Also, people who kept patience at missed the $20k selling point also losf big time. Thus, patience isn't what always work.

I would completely agree to this. Patience is very important if you want to earn profits from the crypto market. This is the main reason why people are losing money now days. But sometimes what happens is that some investors cannot see their returns dropping. So it is not for the investors who are interested in short-term gains.

That was exactly why most of newbie and some trader lose there money simply because they lose the patience when it comes to do trading. I think the best way in trading is invest only that enough to your budjet and dont go all in because if you need some you cant sell your holding tokens and coins in a lower price just to fill your daily expences.
