The edge is 1.25% on every bet, but there's also the possibility of winning some extra amount from the jackpot.

Thanks, this is a bug. There is a hidden security feature that is causing that, I will fix it asap and return to you.

To answer your original question, the amount of confirmations you need is based on the amount you want to withdraw. Below 2 BTC it is only 1 confirmation, so if your deposit was accepted and it was below 2 BTC you should be able to withdraw it immediately (the fact that you can't is because of that bug).
