I noticed several disqualified ones claiming that I've enrolled farmed accounts and so on, but let me remind clearly that I'll be assessing all the posts of each members thoroughly. So potential members won't be able to get away with their spam comments. In that case he'll obviously be kicked out. Moreover rule #14 stays as is.
And if you want yourself in, stop complaining and start improving your post qualities.

so for example if i post 10 posts per day every other day (1st, 3rd, 5th and so on) i would post for 13 days all in all and get maximum paid amount of posts 130, then i wouldnt be able to get a payment?
If you post 10 comments on every alternative days then you'll hit the maximum post count on 25th day, which is not being depicted in rule #14.
But if you post more than 100 comments within 15 days then its pretty obvious that you are wanting to hit the max post count beforehand. And in this case, you won't be paid.

if i make 10 posts 4th day of the period, 10 posts 8th day, 10 posts 10th day and 10 posts 12th day will i be eligible for payment as 40 posts will be done in 4 days?
