That issue is not related to bitcoin and as bitcoin is an independent currency from all of the real world affairs so it will not have any affect on the price of bitcoin as you can see till now.
And paxful isnt very well known and popular website, so, there are any reasons to affect bitcoin price. And most important thing as I understand, arrest wasn't related directly to the service and they didn't scamed users.
If this news is really true, i will support the opinion that this will not cause any harm to the price of bitcoin because paxful have other services they provides but only use btc as a means of exchange.

"I can't comment on the situation at hand, but can assure you that Paxful will continue its operation in a secure and stable manner as before, the referenced events would have no relation to the actual standing of the company"

Those last two posts don't address MiLkz concern.  Does anyone know how this info came to be sent to the users?  I was a little suspicious about Ray's identity as soon as I saw his pic as CEO on the paxful site.  So much so that I never did subscribe to their service.

Are we talking for miami in florida? If yes then why the paxful website is not closed or paxful (I just checked the website and it is live at the moment ) and the arrested people are different! or the paxful service is not involved in this case?
The CEO and CTO plus one other guy associated with Paxful were charged with drug possession and posted bail.  So they are free at this time but they have yet to go to court to answer the charges.  The case is only related to Paxful through association with the alleged criminals.  It was not directly involved in the crimes.

Thanks for clarifying it, I have heard about this paxful exchange and seems very interesting to me, found many interesting deals but how trusted is it, is there any real escrow (not automated) provided to solve any issue in case happens

In the article the paxful is not discussed not in any news related t that crime so people will not know about that related to bitcoin and it will not have any affect on bitcoin. It was their personal matter and not a matter of bitcoin. Bitcoin is not affected with that matters like that.

The CEO and CTO were Arrested in Miami with AR-15, 500 rounds of ammo, cocaine and hash yesterday, it would be wise to take out any bitcoin you have in this piece of shit site before it tanks.

Because of this bad news, i must be ready for bitcoin's price going down. Although there are not people who know about the true of news, but it will be impact to bitcoin's price.
I don't think that Paxful is so impact to cause such disturbance in the bitcoin economy alone. But seriously we have no luck when comes to people in charge of Bitcoin related companies.
With all honestly these guys looks like mafia hit men and not like businessmen behind bitcoin trading service. I guess it is better that they were arrested now before they could do any serious damage.

Any news, good or bad, is still news for Bitcoin though this one is kind of hilarious: high on drugs and brandishing a weapon.
Yeah they may be earning so much in fees because they may came second after localbitcoin in peer to peer exchange platform. What a waste that they are actually spending those fees on drugs and weapons rather than putting funds for development.

As I see boys had some fun. What a group, this made me smile from the morning. Maybe they are selling it on dark web, and this was just promotion of what they have to offer.
Paxful is really not so big exchanger, if they worked on dark web, they probably use it just for that exchange before buying, or mixing coins.
I heard that many cases are solved with help of Facebook, people post there everything. What a stupid world, they should smoke weed, use cocaine and have a nice time, why people have desire to show to everyone what are they doing.

Well, Paxful is not that big a site. Not many people trade there, compared to bitfinex. Should the price of bitcoin dip as a result, it won't be that much of a dip anyway.
