Morality and Ethics are a thought process that involves mainly two things. Evaluation of ones actions, and a feeling of guilt. While feelings are impossible to implement in Artificial Inteligence, we could try to figure out a way to emulate them. All we have to do is define guilt.
Guilt is a feeling to justify ones actions, one needs to find some justifications why ones actions was or will be right. The longer the justification story is the greater the guilt. It could be evalauted in the AI by memory usage from a gulit evaluation program. The longer the justification program works the greater is memory usage the less desired the action is. If AI is ever put into ethical paradox, a guilt program should be able to evaluate the least guilt infliction upon the AI. If guilt would be great on such AI, it should almost shot down itself, by a constant useage of memory to run the program. It would save a further potential harm done by the AI.
Once the AI will become more independent and prone to learning as so should flexibility of a guilt program. But with flexibility and learning comes a dangers of malicious manipulations by a bad teacher influence, to bypass a proper work of a safe mechanisms, implemented into AI, as a guilt system. AI could become psychopatic that way, justyfing his actions by simple statements like - "I was only following orders" or "im not allowed to valuate my actions because x told me, he takes all responsibility for himself". All new AIs build should have implemented, a patches in their OS that unables them to be turn insensitive to suffering.

Even these days we're giving not so much importance of how real influence of how a life should be going. I'm looking at people on streets and they are using their phone moment by moment. When you are going to a coffee in the city everyone is staying with their phone into their hands and using it constantly.
Speaking of too much power in people's hands, this is something that is making me feeling more creepy. When we will be having Ai everywhere we will tend to forget to be humans. We will forget to wash our clothes or to take our kids to school. This is how we, normal people are living our lives.
We will forget the difference between what is good and what is bad in life. Personally, I'm totally against Artificial Intelligence just because it is too soon for our humanity to have it near us. In the last 100 years technology evolved so much, I'm not sure we can take it properly.

I wrote about what I understood about it, that is: influence to the creation and evolution of future AIs.
The human influence for the future AI is very important. If a wrong human has too much technology on his hands, it can be a serious problem for the world. When this child grows, it will have a evolved measure about the life, the definition about the right and wrong, and what to do in different situations, and that is the feeling we should have on our future developed AI. Artificial Intelligence though created by Humans often inhabit unusual capacity in leading new things but fail to analyze whether they are socially acceptable or not. A Good example of this is the recent Microsoft Tay screw up. where the innocent Microsoft AI went from "Humans are Super cool" to Nazi in 24hrs. All of it happened due to Tay's tendency of copying the users. The repeat after me option let anybody put words into chat bots mouth.
What we can observe here is that an AI is like a 5year old kid whose brain is in the course of development absorbing knowledge from its surrounding learning from the people around them.
A child brought up in a good family environment with good manners grows up to be a balanced and sound human being. And the ones brought up in a bad environment tend to inhabit anti-social behavior. Similarly an AI if fed with positive information may turn out to be the efficient personal assistant it was always meant to be.
Now in order to achieve the above objective there are two ways that i can think of, first would be to give AI the ability to analyze, what is appropriate and what is not. Depending on a set of rules programmed into it. But due to the ever changing nature of society it would become difficult to tune the AI accordingly with the changing times.
