If you Google, you will find there was a Patch which could remove 21 days hold and other limits on Paypal accounts.
Since this patch doesn´t work anymore, it is published on askpin.
Now I will, for obvious reasons, not post the patch, nor will I do to the ones who use my service. I want to make some money of it.
The question if it is legal or illegal is for you to answer. If there is a bug in the Paypal system, is it legal or illegal to exploid it ?
Is your account at risk after we released your funds ? Probably not. Like it was not with the last patch. Decide for yourself if your probably Stealth account is worth the risk. Most people who will use this service will do this becasue they need their money quickly out of their account, since they can´t wait.
