Received method and verified that it is legit and will work but requires technical skill that is outlined in the guide (very through but understandable if carefully done) and the availability of two paypal accounts in operational standing for it to work.
My vouch for this method as I don't see it as blackhat and it is legit because you are using your own funds.

2. This method teach you how to transfer hacked pp funds to fake pp, and then shop or cash out via fake pp.
gaypal is smart than you, nothing you will get by using this method, maybe it is crime.
