You can ask the sender of the funds that he goes to his PayPal account and clicks/confirm that he got the items and it will be released in a couple of minutes, this is how I do it on eBay I sell edu mails there and have still this 21 days hold, I tell the buyers to confirm they got it, and my money is not on hold anymore after a few moments. the next alternative is that you call PayPal and explain to them the money was for a virtual service or digital goods and they may release them, this trick worked many times in my case

i never got any pending, and i am using paypal for a long time. if you are afraid of scams, better sell these bitcoins via your bank account or credit card, so you will avoid pending

Are you sure ? I asked some people in other forums and they said It has nothing to do with eBay , results I found in Google are few (where they talk eBay)

PayPal is included so many scams like email scam, pending in transaction, scamming transaction and etc...
Better avoid it use your card transactions or bitcoin transaction with escrow.

Escrow won't help I assume since I will be the one sending bitcoins & receiving PayPal ... and even if the transaction goes through... the sender of PayPal will still be able to chargeback.

That's not pending maybe your account is suspected by PayPal, maybe you're not feeling not doing a suspicious act but different with a paypal view but I sure it's not pending but your account is getting a reviewed by PayPal soon. contacting their CS is more better.

It is pending ... and they sent me an email saying It's pending for 30 days.

That's not pending maybe your account is suspected by PayPal, maybe you're not feeling not doing a suspicious act but different with a paypal view but I sure it's not pending but your account is getting a reviewed by PayPal soon. contacting their CS is more better.
