If it shows all stats and sorted by GHS, mine is not there??

I have 90 GHS.

This is the first time we have heard of this.  Please provide the Bitcoin address you used to fund your account.  State this in the thread for public verification and we will look into it.
As a side note, congratulations on your first post on Bitcointalk!

thank you for the constant updates. Bad things do happen but the updates have definitely gave me a peace of mind.

And that's exactly what we wanted to accomplish.  We are familiar with the feelings some of our users may have had, and we don't want to allow that to happen as long as we can help it.
I refer to these issues as "growing pains", and we will push through!  Smiley  At least you will all be able to say you profited from this ordeal when I add those extra 24 hours worth of bitcoins to everyones accounts.

Finally we have some progress that you guys can actually see!  Your global stats are back up, although they do not refresh every 2 seconds.  We are slowly fixing things back up.  Login and Payments sections have been temporarily disabled.  At least we got the most important factor nearly fully resolved.  Like I said, when this is all over I will be adding additional Bitcoins to those balances.  Thank you everyone for being so patient!  We're almost there!

Progression is still ongoing through this evening.  Please allow us to work on getting the functionality returned before we do anything else.
The hacker was gaining backdoor access to the site.  I'm sure most of you understand how important it is to secure this issue.  We are giving as many updates as we can in the day and we hope to have the issues resolved shortly.
Your stats are not going anywhere, you are all accumulating bitcoins right now, its just that you cannot observe your stats.  You can use a bitcoin profit caculator to verify that your bitcoins are being added properly.  They are not going anywhere.  Payday as usual will be next Sunday and you will all reap the rewards of it once again.  I will update you guys in another couple hours.  Smiley

So no way to use this Gh on my BTCGuild account then ?
I already entered above, but am curious... you say payouts are every sunday. So this means we cannot use this 1Gh/s on a pool of our choice ? If so, the payout for this will be dust which is making me second guess this. Wallet full of penny payments ends up being big fees later.

We cover the fees of sending the payments, even to single GH customers.  Since our payment method is very different than a customer would see from having a pool account, we will include a full explanation of it in our upcoming FAQ.  Until then, the live dashboard is simple and very accurate for the average user, just ask the 50+ customers who are already with us Smiley

Now for an update on progress:  Things are looking great and we are seeing some excellent progress. Remember, we are doing this for the customers protection because that is the most important to us.  I am working very closely with the professionals over at SiteLock to secure our system security from ever being compromised again.  We will also be aggressively introducing Cloudflare.

Also, [email protected] is having issues so please don't e-mail that right now and expect a response.  Anyone can message me on here or at our sellers account on Ebay.  For the people who don't visit these forums, such as some of our Ebay customers, we are trying to respond to their worries in a timely manner as well.

It was the email attempt that failed that bothered me. That was what made me feel more like you'd legged it.

Couldn't you put a placeholder on the old page explaining what is happening? You might get a ton of negative feedback on ebay from confused and angry customers if you don't pretty much ram an explanation down their throat. Some ebayers can act rather recklessly when something goes wrong.

For us big customers, such as me.. any of us that have invested hundreds($) or more into you direct email updates would be nice. Not everyone may think to dig this topic up.

We apologize and will be compensating our customers for a full extra day this week.  You are right about needing a placeholder page, I didn't realize it said "access denied" -- that sounds terrifying actually.  I'm glad you pointed that out and so I have changed it.

I wanted to avoid sending e-mails out from a different address because we only want you to trust administration e-mails from pbmining.com.
We have only been up for two weeks and hackers love to take part in the "growing pains".  As far as losses go, there are none.  Just a lot of fear and that's quite understandable.

My next update will be around 6:00pm central time (GMT - 6).  I will have received an update from Sitelock by then.

My referral link that I've been jizzing all over the place doesn't even link anywhere anymore Tongue
Could you email me one that works when you can? xD

The whole site needs to get back up before we focus on the referral system that we started on.

As another update, we are currently receiving tremendous help with locking the site from any further intrusion.
I am anxiously waiting for this difficult time to be over so that I can show you guys what kind of compensation I will be providing for this inconvenience.
We will NOT allow this to destroy our reputation, and you can all expect several more updates throughout the day.
