If I don't make a mistake, the difficulty just decreases very slightly and the network has not been finding blocks at the same rate as before so the rewards should be lower in average.

but PBmining "mining income" weekly declines, and the reduction reached to 4~7%
and mining incomes the previous mining weekly earnings with

For some reason they attract all this weirdo crap. I guess it´s
to do with money. Maybe they mine garbage, dump that for BTC
which they pay me. Maybe some others do that as well. It´s a
pretty obvious business proposition. Of course this doesn´t help
criminals who produce/shill this garbage and rely on idiots to buy it
