This was when pbmining was new to me (customer #97) and I started to advertise pbmining,
I would say that if this was a real ponzi they would not have asked me to stop bringing in money.
They would just been happy when someone brings in new customers and more BTC.

Read what he wrote. Did he say 'we cant provide or accommodate the hashrate' ? No, he had a problem with his crappy website stats and/or payout system. That just shows the level of incompetence you are dealing with here, nothing else. Oh and that he didnt expect that number of sales, which in a real cloud mining company would cause capacity problems elsewhere than on the stats page.

My guess is, that he is panicking now that you called him out and probably weighing his options. He'd be unwise to rush a decision, so Id expect him to pay on sunday, pending legal advice.
