With all due respect,  unless you're able to measure your cortisol in real time as you frustrate yourself on bct, you have no real way of knowing what's spiking.  It's like when people tell me they know their blood pressure is spiking when they get a headache.  It could be true, but a headache is not pathognomonic for hypertension.   And your anxiety isn't for elevated cortisol.

Cortisol spikes of interacting on BCT is a major fact. For example, your statement just spiked my cortisol, because you tried to change the intended meaning of what I wrote. I highlighted in red my intended meaning. You want to disagree with my own knowledge of myself. Sigh.
