Just make a mandatory posting template and how data has to be posted to be counted for your challenge. Would be much easier than to cope with the ton of ways participants here used so far to post their progress.
A little discipline and stricter rules how to submit individual progress isn't too much to ask for to earn guaranteed 14 merit points without intellectual efford.

Earlier I worked where the process was up to 27% complete then the laptop suddenly shut down. No way I can turn on my laptop after shutdown and after taking service quality they declare useless. I have started working again, I hope I can complete 100% this time.
