Last week, more than 40,000 hours of Jan. 6 Capitol Police security footage was released in the public domain that once and for all blew a hole in the pro-Trump 'violent insurrection' narrative so dear to the Democrats.

The one question on countless Americans' minds following the release of the damning videos was: will all those men and women recently locked away as political prisoners for dozens of decades get another day in court? Indeed, January 6 may have been a lot of things to many people, but another Boston Tea Party it most definitely was not.

Fitzsimons drove alone in his pickup truck to Washington to join thousands to protest Trump's defeat as a stolen election.

            A Maine man was sentenced today on multiple felony and misdemeanor convictions for his actions during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach. His actions and the actions of others disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress convened to ascertain and count the electoral votes related to the presidential election.

            Kyle Fitzsimons, 39, of Lebanon, Maine, was sentenced to 87 months in prison after he was convicted of 11 charges, including seven felonies, following a bench trial in the District of Columbia before the Honorable Rudolph Contreras. In addition to the prison term, Judge Contreras ordered 36 months of supervised release, restitution of $2,000.

            According to the government’s evidence, on Jan. 6, 2021, between 3:45 and 4:30 p.m., Fitzsimons was illegally on the Capitol grounds and among a crowd of rioters brawling with law enforcement officers at the tunnel entrance of the lower west terrace of the Capitol building. Fitzsimons was wearing a white butcher’s jacket and a fur pelt and carrying an unstrung bow. While in that area, Fitzsimons committed five assaults against law enforcement officers over an approximately five-minute span.

            First, Fitzsimons hurled an unstrung bow like a spear at the group of law enforcement officers. The object hit an officer with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) in the ballistic helmet and bounced off. Fitzsimons then reached for and made forcible contact with an MPD detective immediately before another rioter sprayed him with a chemical agent,  trapping the chemical under the detective’s mask and causing the detective to temporarily suffocate. Fitzsimons also tried to pull a fallen officer into the mob. A sergeant from the U.S. Capitol Police tried to protect the fallen officer, and Fitzsimons grappled with him, yanking on his shield and shoulder strap with all of his considerable weight, causing permanent injuries to the sergeant’s shoulder that necessitated surgery and ultimately ended the sergeant’s lengthy law enforcement career. Finally, Fitzsimons twice charged the group of officers, wildly swinging his fists. He eventually retreated, but only after being inadvertently bloodied by another rioter’s unsuccessful attack on those same officers. As Fitzsimons left the Capitol grounds, he encouraged others to “get in there” and fight the police like he had.

            Fitzsimons was found guilty on Sept. 27, 2022, of seven felony charges, including: one count of obstruction of an official proceeding; four counts of assaulting, resisting, or impeding law enforcement officers, including two involving a dangerous weapon or bodily injury; one count of interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder, and one count of engaging in physical violence in a restricted building or grounds. He also was found guilty of four misdemeanor charges including: entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds; disorderly conduct in a Capitol Building or grounds; and committing an act of violence in the Capitol Building or grounds.

            This case was prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Valuable assistance was provided by the Department of Justice National Security Division’s Counterterrorism Section and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maine, the Middle District of Florida, and the Northern District of Texas.

            This case was investigated by the FBI’s Washington Field Office, which listed Fitzsimons as #139 on its seeking information photos. Valuable assistance was provided by the FBI’s Boston Field Office and its Portland Resident Agency, the U.S. Capitol Police, and the Metropolitan Police Department.

            In the 30 months since Jan. 6, 2021, more than 1,069 individuals have been arrested in nearly all 50 states for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol, including more than 350 individuals charged with assaulting or impeding law enforcement. The investigation remains ongoing.

Could you make me a favor and confirm whether this theory of Pelosi's guilt for what happened in the US Capitol has been repeated on Fox?
I wonder why it has became such an prevalent talking point in the political right there in the USA.

I am aware Trump suggested wrongdoing by Pelosi in some of his speeches, telling attendees he ordered officers and supporting agents to be there but someway the speaker of the house blocked all of it.
I know that Trump suggesting such a thing is enough for it to become an important theory among half of population, I just want to know whether Fox helped to spread it or not.

Facts First: The Speaker of the House is not in charge of Capitol security. That’s the responsibility of the Capitol Police Board, which oversees the US Capitol Police and approves requests for National Guard assistance.

Jane L. Campbell, president and CEO of the US Capitol Historical Society, told CNN that “the Speaker of the House does not oversee security of the US Capitol, nor does this official oversee the Capitol Police Board.”

Pelosi also cannot unduly influence who is appointed to the Board, which consists of the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms, the Architect of the Capitol and the Chief of the Capitol Police. The Sergeants at Arms are elected and must be confirmed by their respective chambers and the Architect must be confirmed by both chambers of Congress.

And according to testimony from the former Capitol Police chief, Pelosi was not involved in the decisions made ahead of January 6 regarding the National Guard. In his testimony before the Senate in February, former US Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund said that he approached both Sergeants at Arms on the House and Senate side on January 4 to request the National Guard through an Emergency Declaration from the Capitol Police Board.

His request, according to Sund, was not approved. Instead, the Senate Sergeant at Arms Michael C. Stenger “suggested I ask (the National Guard) how quickly we could get support if needed and to ‘lean forward’ in case we had to request assistance on January 6,” according to Sund’s testimony.

Right, The United States has a rather unsavory history of political interference in the south of the continent, but one should also acknowledge it is not the same to politically interfere in a foreign country in order to preserve your own interest than doing the same in your own soil.

There are more chances of negative repercussions to take place if such Interference happens in USA.

It is natural to distress those agencies, but one also need to keep one's feet on the ground what they can and would dare to do.

When you look back at Central and South America back in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, you will find that the CIA caused all kinds of political unrest in those areas, by infiltration and assassinations. That the FBI might do something like this right in the US government is not surprising.

A nine-page study with the working title "1776 Returns" described tactical tactics for the seizure of US federal facilities on January 6, 2021.

In court, it was established that the document's author was an FBI agent and that the FBI was responsible for its creation.

Just before January 6th, a "love interest" called Erika Flores emailed the enigmatic paper to Proud Boy Chairman Enrique Tarrio's Telegram address without his permission.

The totality of the "1776 Returns" were allegedly written by a GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL, and Flores said in her testimony to the January 6th Committee that this official asked her to share them with Tarrio.

Tarrio and four other Proud Boys members were convicted guilty of seditious conspiracy after being accused of it. Enrique Tarrio received a 22-year prison term for orchestrating the entire "seditious conspiracy." We now know that the FBI was the driving force behind the plot.
