I think they're not..its how people judge one another.. but if you were somehow part of millenials..then thats what you see..never compare yourself to others because we have different kinds of personality and skills and we developed in different time and period...I think people see it that way are judgemental, hardminded and unrespectful.

I don't know for the scam but then, that's a valid question that we all need to ask ourselves. As much as, we believe nothing is wrong, most of us who have been living in abject fear of infection from there neighbors is going to have a hard time getting back to themselves.
I guess at the end of this, a lot of persons might be needing therapy.

Let's see how long this pandemic is going to last and what the long term effects of corona is going to be. I wouldn't say that all people became slow due to this pandemic. Now with everyone doing home office, I actually find that things are getting done faster than before. Things that used to take a week to come back to me, now are usually done withing 3 days. And it's easier to get people on the phone these days because no one is travelling anymore. To say that everything is worse now with corona is not correct in my opinion.

Will people recover from their brain atrophy when the plandemic (sic) is seen for the scam that it is?

Obviously it isn't everybody. Before the lock down I used the cafe in a leisure centre with an active gym membership. The pace of life in there, and the alertness of the members was a massive contrast to the supermarket. People will say " Well, what do you expect then ", but my point is that education by the government, and initiatives by the so-called health services could bring the supermarket traffic up to at least the slow lane in the gymway traffic.

People priority have changed a lot. People are more happy to spend time in clubs, casino and super markets rather then in the gym. To remain slim smart and healthy is now only the need for the ladies or some un-married men. Once they are married, they stop thinking about themselves to keep them fit.

I thought that we elderly members of the population were supposed to be slow and doddery, but it seems that most people now are slow and meandering as they move around. The fat ones seem to stop in the doorways as well, and that causes problems. With the Covid rubbish, people look at you as if you are a wild animal if you try to overtake them, and some even utter the chant of the sheeple "two metres, two metres".

Will people recover from their brain atrophy when the plandemic (sic) is seen for the scam that it is?

Just keep aside the pandemic and still you will feel that the younger generation now is slow as compare to the older generation at their time. The reason is the younger generation lack the sporting activities and are mostly occupied on their mobile and social media platforms. They do not have time for the exercise, morning walks and all such stuff which make the person fit and energetic.

Well I've just bought another cup of Seattle's finest. I didn't know that Seattle was a coffee growing area. Smiley

My view is that naturally aspirated coffee is good for you. Decaf is bad for you, because of the chemicals they use to extract the caffeine, and energy drinks are even worse.

Decaf violates nature.

So does Aspartame but America keeps using it. I don't think you are safe there unless you grown your own things and even those you have to be mindful of genetic modded stuff that is also the intellectual property of large entities that would love to sue you into oblivion.

But organic food is more expensive, or is it? Did you add the healthcare costs?

Have you considered it may be your brain that has slowed down, and sees them in slow motion, rather than they who have actually slowed down?

If his brain has slowed down, he would see everything move faster, not slower.

I think JC is just getting bitter with age.  Too bad, cause I respected his opinions.  Sad

if jetcash needs coffee to sharpen up in the morning then he needs to realise his metabolism is not sharp.

I need an energy drink (caffeine) and an hour in the morning before my dizziness goes away.  Has nothing to do with the speed of my brain, but a lingering effect of a stroke in the balance center.  I can function without it, but I feel better with it.

I'm not sure about any of that.

The Renaissance, industrialization, the birth of science, the Reformation...all came after a firm establishment of caffeine in western culture.

I enjoy coffee, but I usually drink water with it. Coffee is dehydrating, so the water counters this. It is also slightly acid, so sometimes I add bicarb to the coffee ( just a pinch), and not milk or sugar of course.

I probably am starting to get a bit bitter, as the fat covid sheeple are starting to annoy me, and the new bleat of "two metres, two metres" makes it worse. that's on two counts. One is that Brexit has happened, so the could at least chant " six feet, six feet", but that is too much to hope for. The other factor is that the Covid virus is an aerosol as well as a droplet,  so they are probably walking through clouds of the virus, even if they are keeping six feet away from people. This assumes that there are still people who are infectious, and given the way they are having to broaden the testing criteria, I suspect that this may nor be true at the moment.

I wonder how much protein there is in the aerosolised virus. Given the amount of hype there is about infection, I wonder if walking around a busy supermarket would be enough to replace one of my meals. Smiley

jetcash thinks other people walk horizontally?.. dang i think jetcash needs to wake up
if jetcash needs coffee to sharpen up in the morning then he needs to realise his metabolism is not sharp.
its actually him causing his body to over react by use of caffeine which is something that has adverse affects.
the body actually slows down more when your a coffee addict because your body saves its natural hormones/energy to then only function in high amounts when it senses caffeine in your system

part of addiction is that your body stops functioning best when it doesnt have the thing your addicted to.
what you should do is reduce your caffeine and sugar intake and give your body a chance to rest and re balance to function normally without caffeine
caffeine dependancy negatively affects your body.
remember if your too sick to get out of bed or in hospital with a mask on. you are not going to be able to get your caffeine fix thus your body will go through the withdrawal/cravings of not functioning right

so dont put yourself into a position where you wont be able to 'stay sharp' due to lack of coffee when you are bed ridden/sick

Nothing wrong with my brain - I drink too much coffee. Smiley

I don't see other things in slow motion, which is fortunate, as it keeps my reactions sharp. One of the important thing to reduce ageing is to maintain a fast metabolic rate, and to walk erect.

....

The brain atrophy comes from some of the things mentioned - no conversation, educational changes, crap television, no conversational ability, mobile phone games, and many other modern "advances".

This brain atrophy can all be explained from a lack of coffee. Don't worry, when the coffee shops all open back up people will start to look normal again.

Have you considered it may be your brain that has slowed down, and sees them in slow motion, rather than they who have actually slowed down?

I don't see how it can be disrespectful to those who have lost their lives to this virus, as so far no healthy person had lost his/her life solely as a result of the virus.

thousands of people with no underlying health conditions have died due to the virus.
its really time you start actually doing some research on websites that are not conspiracy idiots

Well there are some interesting points here.

It wasn't a generational comment. It was more a comment on the increase in insulin resistant fat people, and that seems to cover all age groups, except perhaps very young babies.

Yes, there are still a lot of fit and active people, but they get on with life. And they don't stop in the doorways while they pluck up enough courage to go out into the sunlight.

I don't see how it can be disrespectful to those who have lost their lives to this virus, as so far no healthy person had lost his/her life solely as a result of the virus.

JC, that's kind of disrespectful to those that have lost their lives to it.   :/

@Jet Cash I don’t think that they’re slow, because they’re being extra cautious as they’re keen to avoid touching anything, or anyone for that matter hence I don’t blame them for taking extra time. Also I have always respected your opinions in the past, but sorry to say that calling covid a scam is a shit move, because people have lost jobs, economies have crashed, and worst so many people are dead because of it.
