Bitcoinn is still BTC the last time i remember . Bitcoins is different than BCH or any other alt with Bitcoin on its name. Its just that many will advertise their new token just to deprive people from engaging to bitcoin.

Well i agree that btc is and will always be the pioneer and most relevent bitcoin im the marker. But i don't think bch is a shitcpin as well. It has a very good team behind it and also a strong following, as we can see with its strong surge in just a day.
Of course the real bitcoin is the bitcoin itself nothing else like some people claim that other altcoins from the fork of btc is becoming the real bitcoin, if you are a long time bitcoin enthusiast you can read what's really happening that bitcoin cash has sudden boost or pump and the original bitcoin suddenly dumps. There is nothing new actually about this events to the point that i can call it a normal event that bitcoin's always been attack and some altcoins have pumps. On the next days you will see.

The bitcoin fork came into existence to provide better facilities then..came the hard fork where newer altcoins were launched that were using bitcoins to generate crowd.. while at the same time harming the main bitcoin economy.

Yeah it is frustrating to see Bitcoin Cash function like this when 80-90% of the value comes off the back of the original Bitcoin. Oh well, with time we'll see Bitcoin remain dominate.

bitcoin will be a legend that will not be forgotten all the time .. the presence of bitcoincash is only a second option, because there will be one bitcoin competitor if bitcoin is gone to be mined, maybe there are altcoins that have a chance to compete with bitcoin. such as ETH which has a large margin .. That's it, I'm not gonna pay $10 for regular fee and $14 for a priority fee, It's not about who's first and who's evil, This is not practical to pay $14 to transfer $170. Currently 928 bitcoins are waiting to be claimed as fee for 98000+ transactions. I don't know why miners are not grabbing them? Maybe it's because the other side/BCH is causing the backlog to show people how slow and expensive bitcoin is.

People are quick to jump ship immediately the good is not going. I am sure a lot of people who have claimed that BCH is scam and dump would have started feeling otherwise considering the price of BCH at this time forgetting that anything in crypto is not constant the BCH as we know is currently pumped which is due to the failure of SegWits but it won't last long in my opinion because what will share the attention with it, is already launching very soon.
The drop in the price of bitcoin is not directly means is flowing into BCH its just people who hoard are now selling since there is no bonus happening anytime soon.
Bitcoin is the originator of cryptocurrencies, with a lot of power and supporters, so Bitcoin certainly will not collapse in the short term. True Bitcoin will not be attacked.
Yes mate I believe that things are getting worsen for real bitcoin because of these shit coins. They are whole bunch of shit algorithm who are taking my bitcoin profit away and the market cap is getting disturbed again and again over the time. Its not too good if that continues for very long period. When there is something which is continuously poking into base of the building then it will eventually fall to the ground and there will remain the dust and nothin else. However fortunately bitcoin is very very strong enough to protect itself rom the external forces. (Up until now). Hope to see it that way forever. Yes one up for the BTC as real bitcoin, it doesn’t need any branding, it is the one itself.
I never really understood the purpose behind some of the Alt coins that contain the word Bit in them. All Alts aren't bad though.

you are overthinking it OP. this is a pretty common thing with altcoin supporters (bag holders) to claim their altcoin is the real bitcoin or in other words their altcoin will replace bitcoin. if you look back at the topics created back in April till June you can see how many different altcoins were making the same claims and all of them were pumped like hell and then all have been getting dumped until today nonstop and without exception.
this is just a temporary BCH pump, try to enjoy it and add to your bitcoin stash before BCH bubble bursts and bitcoin comes back on track towards its ATH.

Yeah I just think it's funny because people are saying that the huge Bitcoin selloff was because people are running to BCH. What? Bitcoin lost more value than BCH is even worth haha so that's not true. There must have been a lot of fiat selloffs which are even worse for the crypto space. There's no point in arguing about what chain is the real Bitcoin, fork supporters have already made up their mind and you can't convince them back, especially by being rude.
Most of discussions about forks should be aimed towards the newcomers to help them avoid getting into the bad company of forkers and buying some alts thinking that it's the real Bitcoin.
But on its own, it's a choice of a user to follow whatever chain they want and there's nothing wrong with forking Bitcoin, until they try to hijack its name while having almost not support from the community.
