If I'm not mistaken Is this the pinoy-exchange site before? I have a couple of transactions before @goldenpay using his site pinoyexchange when I exchange my eth to my paymaya account and it seems its not supported in your new site anymore? I can see gcash instead btw I vouched for his service its legit.

Maganda naman ang layunin ng website ngunit dapat din siguro itong ma register sa kinauukulan para sa kapakanan ng mamamayan na nag ta-transact dito. We don't even know who we are dealing if we are using the website.

I made some tour on the exchange but it looks like coins.ph has a better rate in cash out.
Also, I how about the legality of the exchange, is this licensed by the BSP?
One thing I notice, all cash out are through banks, if we have like remittance center, it would be better for us since usually the volume of transaction are just smart transactions especially with the site that is not so established yet.

mukhang hindi din gaanong kalakihan pa itong exchange na ito no? kasi yung amount na pwede mong ipalit e max .1 btc lang. Tulad lang din ng napansin mo puro bank transfer lang din ang pwedeng gawin. Mas maganda na din siguro kapag pag uusapan ang legalities e maipakita nila yung BSP licensed nila sa tao lalo. Di ko pa patatry gumawa ng account pero parang masyadong minimal yung mga information na kailangan.

It's been two days since the OP was asked to provide documents/evidence and prove that they have the required license to operate an exchange here in the Philippines. The OP did not respond to those inquiries despite him/her being active on the forum. I don't know about you but his/her action/inaction suggests that perfect-coin is not registered. Beware everyone.

The user name of OP sounds familiar, I think I used to transact with OP before when buying BTC way back 2015. I hope the site owner can be more transparent in sharing their whereabouts like a physical office and where to reach them aside from a mobile number in case of a delay or any problem that occurs in any transaction made using his site because all I can see is a mobile number and it might be a pre-paid mobile number.

Manila-based? Do you have any physical office here?
As part of transparency and you should have it in the first place. Didn't find any at the Contact Us section.
A copy of the permit to operate will do.

Its good to have a digital exchange online store, but if you are planning to work in the Philippines it must be legal and secured.
I appreciate your effort to introduce this project in the Philippines but I think its hard to trust a project like this.
I can say we are very welcoming for any Chinese businessmen but hopefully its legal and can be trusted.
Its better if you can provide more details about it, anyone can introduce a new project but most of them can't be trusted.
