the house is very beautiful and attractive. but the price you offer is quite expensive. I will not participate in the purchase of your home. I will enjoy the beautiful pictures of your house to be used as reference to make my own home.  Smiley

Not sure why someone call me scam here.

My offer is legit and a great investment opportunity. Prices in North East of Thailand are skyrocketing. The house (especially the Land) will be worth 4-5x times in the next 20years.

I open for serious offers.

And yes it is 140,000USD not 140USD  Roll Eyes

To the OP, what's the location within Udon Thani. Gated community sounds great, any amenities in that community? Club house, gym, pool, lounge area, etc. Great, great light in each of the rooms. What about storage - can we get a pic of the garage?

Do you accept the almighty BTC for payment? Thanks.

And to the poster below - stop spamming this thread! How much did you get paid for this post? It was obvious the people you're calling out were joking about the price amount and the notation of the number. Calm down.

The hell you guys talking about? He said 140.000. See the three zeros at the end? They are using "."/periods and not ","/commas to separate their digits. How do you guys think $140 would buy a house?

Regards the price, it is reasonable if it is placed on a nice location or subdivision. If not, it's not worth it. Especially if it's far from where ever we need to be. However, I don't think you would be able to get a buyer here.

Hello,

the house is located in the Udon Thani, Nong Bua district. The inner city is reachable by car withing 5-10 minutes. Water Parks, Supercenters with western food is a withing 5min by car. It is located a huge water reservoir with bicycle track, big playground for children. Here is a google maps link location.  There is no gym or pool inside the gated community but as  mentioned a huge cycle or walking track direct in front of the community and waterpark withing withing 5 minutes by car. There is no closed garage. As you can see on one of the photos there is enough space at the right side of the house to park a small car under the house but I would highly suggest to build small roof for better protection. I bought this place 2013 as an investment. I neve rlived there myself. Just rented it out.

Yes I will accept Bitcoins as payment. This is why I am posting here.

I WILL POST MORE INFORMATION LATER.

Why isn't price of 140,000 Baht Cheesy

Selling a home is not wrong if it is offered here, but the thing is, buying a home is not as easy as buying a smartphone, need to check the location directly, the signature of the contract, and letters of endorsement of the holder at a thailand government office.

Might make more sense if you offer special services such as hotel or villa.

But, if I was a citizen of Thailand, and you accept payments through bitcoin. I would be interested to check location of your home.
The OP is probably just looking for people who live in Thailand or are planning to shift there. So, It wont be that hard to meet in person and finalise the deal. The only problem here is, I think that the OP is running a scam and not actually selling the house. It is probably just a random house in Thailand that was listed online.

want to buy that house? did the owner disclose important information accordingly to the Thai laws? even if you have successfully bought that land, how would you use it and / or immigrate there? think more of a step. lol. Tongue

No need to think too much in this offer. It does not look real. Also Houses / plots should be bought within that country. People living in Thailand can seriously look for that offer but than its best to post in local marketplace.

Can you please post a much recent photo? I see those Photos here http://www.udonmap.com/udonthaniforum/3-bedroom-luxury-house-t27362.html and that photo was published in that site way back 2013 correct me if I'm wrong so If you can post an updated photo and some proof that that property is really your then you might find a good deal this forum.
If this listing was back in 2013 with those photos how can we know that the poster is the owner of the house?
He must have photos that are more recent and have it as a realty listing and not just the photos and the price.
Proof of ownership would have to be shown if you ever want to have anybody here to take this sale of your home seriously.
Surprised that someone noticed my post while others are posting for signature without even checking the validity of OPs post. OP may have just grabbed the photo and posted here. If he is the real owner of this house and if he is really serious about selling the house he will post the most recent photos, not the photos posted 2013. The house paint may have faded by now and needs some retouching.

that actually looks like the case here... as nydiacaskey01 already noted... thoose pictures are on a listing from 2013, just another scam.

I posted not just to point out the period vs. comma. I also posted about and regarding the post, did I not? Why call out only me and why not call out those who posted non-nonsensical post about buying at $140? Isn't that much more stupid? Who would sell a house for $140? What they posted is no where near constructive.

Let's see. If you are not spamming here, are you serious with that offer? I don't think you are. At least my post is not about accepting the offer. If OP agreed to your terms, I really hope you have that much bitcoins on you to pay OP. You point out I am a spammer, where you are the one here spamming and offering non-serious offers.

Hello,

I am selling my house in Northeastern of Thailand. It is located in a city called Udon Thani.

Fully furnished. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.  160sqm in a gated community with 24h security guard.

Price is JUST 140.000USD

Are you saying that i can own a house in Thailand for just 140 USD? Can you sign those pics somehow? How do I know you are the actual owner of the house and not just here to scam people?
