'My Messages' -> on the left site click 'Search Messages' (click here for direct link) -> enter the username into the field 'by user' -> click on search -> profit
You need to enter a search query, and cannot use a wildcard in the query. You can get around this by searching for "e" which is a letter that almost every message should have.

Unfortunately, you cannot search your outbox, however people commonly quote all or part of a received message when replying.

The best way achieving that would probably be using labels.

You can create labels, and add all message from a specific user to that label.

Unfortunately there is no more handy way to get the whole conversation to be shown (as far as i am aware of).

How to create labels? It's a very interesting strategy, teach me master!  Grin

Unfortunately I doubt much will be done in this issue because sometimes in the future the forum will migrate to a different forum software.
There have been suggestions that something should be done regarding the PM system before. Take a look at this thread by 1miau as an example:

Take a look at the post by hacker1001101001 how it will look with the new Epochtalk forum.

Thank you but I didn't get what I'm looking for.
If I follow your suggestion, system asks me to put a query(part of a message), but it doesn't execute the conversation. I'm looking for the total conversation with a certain user, for ex. bob123

Edit
If I put a query and check the box "Show full message in results", I get all the message from a certain user.
Thank you.
But it would be better to have the total conversation.

I was trying to check my personal message which I have had with an user for last 2 months. Most of the times, we didn't quoted the whole message because it's irritating. But now, it has turned into more irritating. I am not able to follow the conversation because I had messages with others as well.

Is it possible to have conversation format of a certain user only?
