I have not even heard of this coin before. What is this altcoin about? What special feature does this coin over others?
The name Phoenix as a world currency was mentioned on many places, especialy at NWO conspiracy domain. Mining algo is NeoScrypt and this coin was actualy the first ever cryptocoin to switch to that algo, very revealing if you know that NeoScrypt was designed (and is still under development) for CPU and GPU mining (which is what almost everyone has this days) and how much elites like the word Neo and meaning behind it (http://www.thefreedictionary.com/neo-).
