on the photobullshit scam site:
"PhotonicMining is a spin-off of Onefive, a cutting-edge Swiss company which provides femtosecond lasers for different industrial applications. Thanks to its tight collaboration with Swissphotonics, the Swiss national thematic network for photonics, we received a bottom-up funding from the CTI in 2012 to explore new industrial applications."
Just got a mail back from oneFive asking if they where related to photonicmining, their reply:
"Not at all! SPAM!"
Still they managed to scam 100's of BTC from gullible investors.

The dead give away is the supposed pricing. If you actually had a miner that powerful that you could manufacture for such a low cost you would be a complete idiot to undercut yourself by that much on the pricing compared to all the other offerings out there right now.

Damn, I bought a few shares on the IPO before checking more thoroughly. Seems like a scam. Is there anyway of getting funds back on cryptostocks while its in IPO?

Their sensationalist sounding phrase "shockingly-faster switching speed" did kind of strike me originally as somewhat odd given the straight-forward technical jargon on their homesite. Kind of like supermarket tabloid language suddenly meets high tech. Too bad it is a scam.

A more intellingent-sounding scam, but nevertheless still a scam. Their IP address 162.222.213.136 is the same as uswhss.com (both registered recently), and here is an article linking uswhss to butterfiylabs.com (note the deliberate misspelling):
