But every times the update of the databank stops at block 18804 ?

pool not working for me using cgminer 4.11 the other pool works fine.
I m mining on the pool at the moment and ive tested cgminer and it works fine, perhaps try another version of cgminer.

As far as I know, there are no external nodes that are not hardcoded. We are planning on launching a website by tomorrow. Then the explorer will come after that

There is one hardcoded node. If it's not working try disabling your firewall.

Sadly fee estimation is not possible with picacoin as of yet, so these might happen but they should eventually clear.

For cpuminer: minerd -a sha256d -o stratum+tcp://pool.solopools.net:3333 -u yourwalletaddress -p c=PIC
Basically the same for ccminer etc. You might still get lucky with CPU or GPU but asic is recommended.
