I don't know. There are lots of pics besides that site, all over the place. They seem to say Switzerland. Is someone intentionally posting all those pictures on all those sites with the idea that they are going to say that some beautiful spot in Russia is really located in Switzerland?

This looks extremely like one of those Versoix, Switzerland, pictures of Leman Lake in the winter.
Compare the below pictures from http://heyfriends.wordpress.com/2009/01/17/ice-age/, where they have been a long time. This is definitely the same place.
And the same car, different day.
I don't really know who was first, but the Versoix sign seems to say Switzerland.
EDIT: Okay, okay. It's a different car. But it is the same location.
