2. Coingecko did that on their own, without our direction. I asked them to come on this thread but after I saw ICOEthics is a thick minded loser, I told them don't even bother. Listen man, a lot of people are fans of the show. They did use the HBO materials out of their own fandom not from request. I don't think I have a copy of what I asked coingecko to do, but I never asked them to list the team. If they do decide to come on this thread they will verify it.
I also never asked trezor to make us available on their device but their CTO did and he used the HBO logo...please stop holding me accountable for the actions of those beyond my control.
