The Chinese people who paid for that farm are fools.  The time for profitably mining bitcoin is so over with.  39 billion difficulty is insane.

DAMN do I wish I knew in December 2008 what I know now about bitcoin and mining and the spikes and dips in its price over time and all that!  I'd be a BILLIONAIRE now!

Dammit dammit dammit!!!!! Angry

Your pre-order money at work.

My exact thought.. not that I wouldn't mind running it myself. (aside from stealing borrowing people's money to fund it)

damn shame they cant seem to find a way to make use of the heat. How hard would it be put it next to some building that needs heating, or even a greenhouse or something that could grow stuff even in winter..

on my last s2 miner then will be gone for good - been taking half my btc and putting in wallets and buying GH with hashlets cloud mining with the other half so I can help keep the network rolling.

Tough to make any moola with electricity bills and the price drops of btc. At this point I'd rather buy a btc then pay a $300-$400 pge bill

Isn't it annoying when someone starts a thread and doesn't say anything? Just a link for the description wow so awesome. Heck even a simple "hey I found this awesome blog post check it out" would be better than nothing at all! NO ONE LIKES YOUR SHITTY BLOG GET OVER IT

There's no way I could sleep in a warehouse with all that noise, flickering lights, and industrial cooling.

Not least of all is breathing all that toxic air coming from miners, warehouse, power supplies.  Definitely can't be healthy long term walking around that place 24/7.
