Wait, doesnt this mean 3am Tokyo time? Trading to begin at 4am? I doubt 'Tux will be up at 4am to oversee start of trading..
Im wondering if in fact they mean were still up for a 3:00 GMT start ie 3pm in the afternoon Tokyo time (or 1500 hrs) and someones made a typo..?
