Selling through smaller exchanges and the community would be your best bet I imagine if you want to stay away from large organized exchangers that require documentation.

I live in the Netherlands and I mostly use Bitonic.nl . Up till now I've always recieved great service there. Their price can be a little steep sometimes, though, since they use a weighted price to trade with. Bitonic trades with anyone that has a Bank Account with an IBAN number, which means all of the EU.

Any change of getting them to add English?

Bitkonan doesn't require ID.

Have you used Bitknoan personally?  Anyone can attest to them?

Sorry never got around to try it since there was so little volume on the site. And now BTC is too volatile for me.
I'm mainly interested in buying LTC now.

Mainly since bitcoin is anonymoys i dont liek how mtgox or others ask for ID scans etc.

Where about BTC-E you can exchange Bitcoisn ot USD withoug leaving your ID?

ANd yes i know that ban kacocunt/credit card/paxum etc still leaves footprint but at least itsn ot ID.

I had to provide documents to BTC-E to deposit USD... not sure about trading.

Avoid using Mtgox, even after you have your ID scans and get verified, it is still very hard to get money out of it ...
