But play Scarab game on different gambling site and this is the first time I encounter this issue on your casino. There is a note on the popup message to contact support to help solve the issue. I don't try contacting support since I'm just trying the site by using free spin.

This is a restricted area quoted from @DoublerHunter because even using a vpn this will be a violation of the requirements so if your area is banned then it's better to avoid it because seen from the TOS it is clear they affirm this.

You have created a post for asking to use a vpn. If you use vpn of USA and you belong from canada then you are not usa residential. In this case as they are restricted for countries from the law of the country of the website they cant allow any users of those countries which are restricted. That means if you use vpn then that will be harmful for them. I think they will ask for kyc if they see anything suspicious.
