Well I think you should not play with your profit as it is very risky. Once you have earned alot of profit you should just cash out everything. As gambling is pretty risky and depends only on luck you might even lose all your money. Greed is a very big problem which will lead you to loss, so just cash out after you get profit and stop playing, try not to get too addicted to gambling.
Yes, you should stop when you reach atleast double the amount in your bankroll. Otherwise, you will start to think about doubling it over and over again, until you fail. The possibility to win and lose in gambling is countless, so better stop when you win and come back again the next day.
