They have a support group on the site which respond very promptly which any sort of questions you might have about your deposits and withdrawals.
Last time I had a problem with the withdraw time I was having all I had to do was contact them on the site with a click on the chat symbol and the withdrawal was processed right away.
I was then told I was whitelisted to have my withdrawals done right away because I have done several of them already.
I think they mention when you do a transaction it will take between 4-6 hours before they can process them for the first time you do it.
I do not know if deposits are different but when I did one to another sports book I use it took over 3 hours for it to be fully confirmed because the wallet I sent the bitcoin from added only a 234 satoshi fee. Undecided

Hey,
You say deposits are credited instantly with zero confirmation but when I tried to deposit BTC, I received following email:

Quote
## Deposit received webtricks, A deposit of 0.00542633 BTC was received. This will be credited to your account as soon as it's confirmed.

Thank you for your fastly feedback that gives me information that there is a Night Mode for Android and iOS devices but we have still not have a Night Mode for computer's operating systems. In my opinion, it is a fundamental things for gamblers, because I think there are more people who usually gamble on computers rather than mobile devices.
You can try another option using third parties application extension at google, i also used this extension for bitcointalk cause bitcointalk doesn't have a dark theme and iam very lazy to changing the code program for a dark theme at bitcointalk. Here a few extension you can use:
  • Stylish
You can download a few theme you like it, and install them to changing the interface.
  • Dark Readers
You can manually set up like, Brightness, Contrast, etc.
This option can be an alternative option while waiting for Playbetr Team to add night theme for PC/Laptop user.

If you change your mind to use a Smartphone, a few browsers like UCBrowser & Opera have some Night Theme feature.

Thank you to everyone for the very helpful feedback.  Are there any specific websites you use that have a day and night mode for reference?  Thank you again.
The only site I have experienced the day/night mode is on yolodice.
It is a rather nice effect especially when you are in a darkened room and dont need to the screen so bright so not need to go into settings on your monitor to adjust it there. Just my opinion.
And the colored theme they chose is very pleasant on the eyes. Cool

The fact is that today a lot of browsers provide opportunities to switch to night mode, so that it is easier for the eyes to perceive a picture on the monitor.  But you also need to take into account the fact that if a computer or laptop works more correctly with standard browsers, then a smartphone even with a good operating system, namely the opera browser, does not display the site correctly.  At least Opera is the one that shows my problems.

IF you are playing from a phone there is a default Night Mode in android and IOS devices.  We do not currently have a night mode but will work on it.

Hi all in Playbetr community,

I created  my account on the Playbetr site minutes ago, and honestly at my first glance the site is very impressive, from user interface (simple, neat, friendly-colors) to diversifying games from casinos to sports.

Unfortunately, I would prefer to use Night mode (if there is one available), but don't find where to change from Day Mode (default one) to Night Mode. Nowadays, most of casinos, exchanges have two modes (Day/ Night) for users, so I hope that Playbetr have them.

If the site already has those modes, please guide me how to switch from Day to Night mode.

Thank you for the great feedback.  We are very thankful for this and we will communicate to our programmers to see what can be done.  IF you are playing from a phone there is a default Night Mode in android and IOS devices.  We do not currently have a night mode but will work on it.

I did think of trying to change my Brave settings but I was busy so I just turned off my shield and when it didn't worked out, I ditched. I was just visiting different sportsbooks that time looking for better odds. And I have no problems with the other sportsbooks with my Brave shield turned on.

I just shared it here because it is something that Playbetr management deserves to know. As mentioned earlier, there are many people in crypto that uses Brave. And Playbetr is a crypto sportsbook. They cannot just simply market their sportsbook and tell Brave users to turned off their shields and other stuffs when those people don't have any problem with other sportsbooks.

I know mate.
And for me your reviews are valuable, always.
I try another combination for shield options on playbetr website and comparing with other sportsbooks website without changing the shield options.
I just curious what differents between playbetr and they are, maybe the cookies or the cross-site.

Thank you guys for the great feedback.  We really appreciate it and we are working hard to make sure it works on all browsers with no adjustments.  Thank you.

I try to use my brave browser, but I change some shield control to "off" and "allowed" for all cookies.
1. Cross-site trackers blocked = off
2. Connections upgrade to HTTPS = off
3. Script blocked = off
4. Choose "All cookies allowed" option
5. Choose "Cross-site device recognitions blocked" option

And the result is:

maybe you can try other combination of those brave shield options.

It is surprising Playbetr is not allowing non users to take a look at the odds? I was trying to see if there are better odds compared to other sportsbooks. Are there any advantages for a sportsbook not showing its odds in public? For me I think it is a disadvantage. Bet365, William Hill and probably all fiat based sportsbook, their books are open to public. The same with crypto based sportsbooks 1xbit, Sportsbet, Cloudbet, Jetwin, etc. No offense to Playbetr of course if it continue to stay this way. Cheers.

There must be something wrong with your browser, odds are viewable for non users. Look at this screenshot http://prntscr.com/pldfnl
The screenshot shows that I'm not loging in but I can see the odds of any matches, what browser you are using? And would you please give them a screenshot of how it looks like which make you say that you can see the odds of the sports events?

Thanks for the response. I tried the other browsers and they are working fine. I checked it again and my Brave browser is really not showing the odds. I am not sure if opening an account can change it. Maybe this is something Playbetr that needs to take a look. Many crypto enthusiasts are using Brave. In Japan Brave users are also growing at high pace. It is a big market that a crypto sportsbook cannot just passed on.

First, panjul thank you for the prompt response on this.  You are not able to see the odds using the Brave browser?  We certainly will look into this immediately.  Can you share a screenshot of what you see on the Brave browser so that we can assist.  We are also having our Japan account manager review this in detail.  Thank you.

Here is the screenshot when I am viewing Playbetr using Brave browser. I also tried turning off the Brave shield but still it is not showing the odds. I don't have any problems when I shifted browsing it with Google Chrome.

Thank you for sharing this.  We are looking into the matter and really appreciate you sharing this information and a new browser that looks like it may be a great one to use.
