I received the same bonus for the migration which was a nice bonus although I lost it all quite fast.
Coming up to the login issue, I think it is because of the migration, high likely Playbetr wont be accessible anymore in the near future as they have informed players to do migration process to Betcoin.
In case anyone has some balance in Playbetr account and have not done the migration process, it is better to contact betcoin support in order to do migration and maybe transfer the available balance in Playbetr to Betcoin.

Again on this thread, people from Russia are complaining about their account blocking issues, and their deposits are being stuck. I don't know why the sites are not refunding those amounts to the Russian people. We agree that Russian citizens are not allowed to play due to sanctions. But the sites must make some mechanism to make refunds to those players.

i made an account here only to write this - after like 1 month playing on playbetr (my profit is like ~~0, stakes per bet 40-80USD) i got limited to ~~1USD. i dont know is it a "bad joke" or a christmas gift. no usage of VPNs/multiaccounts or anything violating rules, it looks very strange for me.

I don't think so, but I have some doubts about it. They have discontinued the signature campaign here, OP has stopped giving updates in this thread. Now they are trying to migrate user account on Betcoin.ag from Playbetr. Maybe they will make some major update on Playbetr.

I guess it is related to their current migration to Betcoin so they might be a bit busy at the moment, and perhaps he can try to contact betcoin as well about the issue.
As per email about the migration, they say that the support staff is the same for both website, that's why I think it is also possible to contact betcoin for any case in playbetr.
By the way, will Playbetr close the website down once the migration is completed or playbetr will remain alive?

Previously they had suspected you as multiple account user and blocked your account. What is the new reason for blocking your account? You have posted five transactions link above, all those contain multiple recipients. Therefore, it isn’t easy for the forum member to determine your each deposit.

I am using my  Bitcointalk account just to lurk around to find good betting crypto websites, that is how I found about Playbetr, also I opened an account on betcoin.ag...
I was wrong not to do my deep due dilligence on these sites, I would never deposit there...

Anyway, after seeing the ads here and when I saw the website, I was excited cause I already used same software FIAT bookmakers in history, very profitable etc...

I made a deposit, made some bets, won some small amount total and then the usual scam scenario starts.

"Account locked, contact support" after some winnings, sent an email to support, they answered that I need to pass through 3rd party KYC, which I did and after that no response on email, I have queue "1" all the time on their live chat, no response at all.

To jumpstart the possible feedback: this is my FIRST and ONLY account I made on Playbetr, I used my PC and mobile phone to place bets. Neither me or anyone I know uses this website, so that "multiaccounting" scheme they took from previous shady bookies are not true. I also contacted their guy here on this forum, no response at all. I have all necessary screenshots to cover my story if needed, I just want my deposit back, I even dont care about profits TBH, cause they will make my head explode with made up stories why and how I dont comply to T and C etc...

This player was never in losses. He made 1 deposit of 0.005 BTC and had successful withdrawals of 0.005 BTC, 0.005 BTC, 0.00147567 BTC and 0.03 BTC without issue. The account was closed at the time the sports provider independently confirmed and advised us that he was using banned technology to achieve his wins. In this case, the deposit does not need to be returned, as the player has already received 11x that amount in withdrawals. He is well aware of all of this, and has already been informed of such by our security team.

Edit: A math error was correctly pointed out by the player. He is the professional numbers man, and I just do social media. He has actually received just over 8x his deposit in withdrawals. Either way, he is confirmed to be in violation of terms, and at best he should receive 1x of his deposit back. We have his information on file and will be pursuing him to the maximum extent allowed, for the additional 0.003647567 BTC that was stolen.
