So we need to keep trying until hit the highest tier to get the bonus? It seems that it is really hard, because I have only hit lower tiers and when I do the double I never win once before

We understand your concern, but the problem is not from our side, there is a congestion in the Bitcoin network.
Right now there are +40k unconfirmed transactions. Earlier there were +70k, so it seems to be decreasing and you should receive your money soon without any problem

You can get bonus points from the mini slots mode, you may get it if you use the "double" feature. You get the bonus points if you lose on the double feature IIRC but I'm not really sure how they calculated the amount of the bonus points. Sometime I got 1, sometime 2 but sometime got zero.
