Yes, that's right, and with the rules listed, the KYC rules are enforced from time to time to follow up on things that smell like a fraud.
quite easy to understand and not too burdensome members will identity all users.

You can ask the support and provide input so that the claim button can be accessed by all users without exception, and that will add to the attraction of many users visiting the faucet page that they can access.

or maybe it's still in the further development stage, I'm still looking for the answer. there is no harm in trying to play to fill spare time. to test how effectively we can access their site.

The account feels bought, given how there was zero activity for three years, and now there's a launch of a casino.
But anyway, you're not answering any questions yet, and aren't addressing the issues like random bits being not in English, the autobet and provably fair algorithm not working properly, and the impossibility to open a link in a new tab or a new window (when I try it, it closes immediately). Also, your FAQ is clearly not finished yet, as there are some headings with zero accompanying text... You should've mentioned it's a Beta-version, although I think it's not working well enough even for a beta launch yet...

After getting win with a bet amount of 0.00063967 it didn't reset bet amount so my next bet was also 0.00063967 and I lost it!!

I got back my 0.00063967.
But for provably fair we are still waiting for answer? Did someone else also check fairness of those games?

I just registered on your site using mobile phone and it works well. The design is simple and nice for me because its not shiny.

I want to try first the faucets but its only available for bronze level, also notice there's no welcome bonus for new players or any similar promotional rewards as this is new casino.

But now I know about the provisions that apply here and indeed that is what is needed in terms of KYC and they can ask for it anytime if needed, meaning I am still free in KYC to play here.

1) Try to have Cooper membership of this forum to provide you some extra ordinary benefits

2)The terms and conditions and FAQ needs to have proper details which are incomplete at this time like deposit and withdrawal issues.

3) You have stated to reward whosoever reports any big and one of the members has raised questions regarding probably fair script of dice so you can have technical team support him.

4) Try to be responsive and support the players with instant chat bots and then any assistance.

There are many casinos that have made their image in the market and if you wish to do so lot of hard work and promotional activities would be required including site updations with all the mandatory changes.

Just have a look on the site in desktop. The design is pretty cool I have to say. There are also some most played game added. But as I saw maybe the site has very low traffic it because of lower aged site. Hopefully bitcointalk promotions will help to get more traffic.

The design is simple and not looks too complicated with having a faucet inside the dashboard. But I can not use the faucet because the Claim button does not appear and is only available for Bronze Members. That is not good because we can not test the game to find if it works properly or it needs to fix.

I just noticed this after accessing the site, and maybe just for security reason would be glad if OP will give a utter about this.

I can't try the website because of the level required, there isn't information about the level, how the rank work, and how to grow up, So I think that level is useless. People need to test to believe. they won't deposit furthermore the website created 1 month ago.

If not, it's better if the icon appearing there is the one that your player has used to bet.

They need to rectify their system fast. Otherwise, many players will complain about this setting.
Have you sent a pm to them or sent an email to their support?
They are just new, so expect there will be some bugs or issues that need to address.
Try using small amount for now because we don't know what other issues lie ahead.

Do you have stats of how much experience should we get on level whenever playing?

The purpose is to have a reference or preview on how much it will costs to be on the Bronze level.

About the design, I'm not that too strict or what but contrary to what other is saying, I found the layout was good. A simple and clean page.

You should email them about this issue, try to make a video of it. Based on their FAQ, they will give you reward if it was really a bug of the site. I found it same like ‘Yogee’, the website doesn't allow to open multiple tab.

@OP, is your site in beta version or it is the full version? Personally, I don't found your website layout as great. Yellow colour of dice game logo doesn't look good for the deep background theme of the casino. Also move the user profile icon at top right corner of the page. Currently it's staying at top middle of the page which looks a bit odd. There are few more things which need to be improve. Faucet is available from bronze VIP level. So, there is no way to test the game without making deposits.
