"Please be careful with traders who run private groups, do phone consultations, and sell courses.

Most successful traders are too busy trading, they don't have time to teach.

It would be a distraction."

Saw this tweet just now.

Worth to share to those trading newbies who wants to rely on paid advisors.

Will not go deeper. Hope you got the picture.

(P.S. Credits goes to @BTC_M****. Decided not share the source link as I don't want to promote his Twitter account as owner's other tweets might influence newbies perspectives. But it's quiet easy to search.)
Newbie traders are the most prone to this kind of scheme and i admit in my early year in trading i have joined in 2 paid groups. Yes, they share ideas but not that so good enough while the other one is only a pump and dump signals. There are some legitimate pro traders who trade for a long time that have enough time to share but this guys i am looking because  most of them share it for free and if you only want the full course along with the coins or any pair in trading that have a good setup.

The best for our safety is don't trust easily that's eat and for sure you will be fine. Don't rely to the private groups who are really teach about crypto like giving cignals or anything about crypto just do your own research for your own safety. Yes you are right they are busy to do research so they don't have enough time to do that .

There are still some reasons besides that, maybe they want more money by giving courses to others. But you have still point, for me, I will never pay someone to teach me a trade or will buy some courses. I know it is much better to do our own research or more on self-study, much better for me since there's already a lot of resources now.

It would be a distraction."

This is the reality.
But I have some else for the word of "too busy".
Successful traders don't spend most of the time for trading because it's not the rules for successful traders, I mean professional traders.
Professional traders have a fashion for their trading so they have enough time to teach someone but most of them don't do that. Because they have family and friends they can spend their times with them.

Thanks mate for your advice, but why are people still relying on the help of pro trader to help them trader, could it be lack of knowledge, time or laziness, because the pro trader acquired the knowledge the same way they can too.

it could be lack of knowledge because whats the point of asking someone when you already know all the things related to trading ? pro traders are more knowledgeable and have more experience than an average or newbie traders  . pro traders can only give some advice and the rest you need to work it out or you need to figure it out all by your self because depending/relying all on other people is not good anymore as that make you look lazy and useless  .

Another person’s strategy can never be as good as perfect as ones strategy, if we continue to rely on other people’s trading, then how do we gather experience or learn to trade when the pro trader no longer exist. Interested traders really need to reduce their rate of trading reliance.

I also saw that tweet in twitter. It was shared on our group on messenger. I agree on the phrase "Successful traders don't have time to teach." It's quite true and those private groups, pump and dump groups or paid signal groups are just getting your money. Best not to engaged with these.
Not unless you know that successful trader's personally so theres a chance that he Will teach you but if not its more on scammersnor fake people that will only take advantage of your being noob
I suggest that instead of learning from personal message why not just study by yourself and read more of the topics here in regards to what knowledge you wanna learn, more safer and more educative

I'd like to hear from you about what i have found out.
In our place they open a company who will accept investments which they guaranteed 400% interest for 1 month. I have found out that they do crypto trading. Is this usual to identify them as a scam?
Guarantee of 400% interest in this bear market? I don’t think so, you really need to be careful, and what strategy would they really use that they cannot use to focus on trading alone with their own personal money since the trade is so smooth and easy.

I am not advising that you don’t try them, because we might never really know till you try them but you just have to trade with caution, I for one rely more on my own strategy than any other person’s strategy and I believe that I have got the strength and brain to know it and apply the knowledge to my trade and be successful.

Some great advice on this thread. The first fundamental caveat for any trading strategy is that "If it's for sale, it's not good enough."

Every good trader understands that a trading edge can disappear very fast if it's distributed to and employed by a large amount of people.

And also we can add one more point is no one will share their winning strategy to anyone so if someone selling that means they just want to make money from nothing,if they have skills they can make it by themselves.
Your true friends can give you the winning strategies without asking for any payment, so if someone ask you to pay i believe you can’t trust that guy. Trading is not easy to learn but if you want to become a trader you have to do everything so you don’t need to depend to any advice and you will never become a victim of this scam.
Don't step forward on the trading field if you don't have enough knowledge of how it works and if you only rely on your friends or who they are. Do your own research so that you can manage your own risk to avoid blaming others. Instead of relying upon them you can be used as your references on trading. I can tell you this because in trading you need to have work by your own because that was money involve and maybe it will lose if your you are irresponsible of doing trading.

I know some private groups in stock market who teach newbies or even those who wanted to suceed in trading but with the right amount of membership fee per month. I dont know if this thing also works with cryptocurrency since the members are really successful in stock market. I guess crypto market is impossible to predict so we shouldnt believe in this kinds of organizations/influenzers.

The only way you're ever going to come up with a truly fruitful strategy in trading is by yourself in the end. No sane person would sell or give away a solid, working strategy for cheap when that person can make the strategy work for him/herself. This is where there's both luck and skill involved- it might take you months to make a good working strategy, but when it works you'll be reaping the rewards. In the meantime, learning more about trading and experimenting with potentially good strategies should keep you occupied. There are no shortcuts in life, and trading's no exception.

I do not know about having fruitful strategy, some people can still be profitable by following someone else and other strategies. But you are right, the only way you can ever gain something useful is from trading on your own,,, testing your own strategies,,, making your own plans. Own you own successes as you own your own mistakes.

It makes sense. But still, there are already veterans in trading who had still time teaching some courses. Or they are the type of traders who are not a day trader. Instead, they are hence a margin trader who can still do some works  at the same time for the sake of money.
However, they wouldn't be sharing their secrets without a guarantee that they will get something in return. I also think that there give limits on what to teach to a particular trader or not.

I've seen a lot of people shilling on twitter about their paid private group in 2017 prior to the bull run. A lot of them fizzled out when the bear market hit last year.

A lot of these groups exist because the leader wants to offload his coins. So the convinces people to buy when he is quietly selling. Once he's done, the group fizzles out. It's one of the oldest tricks in the books, but people still fall for it.

The moment an "investment" company says "guaranteed", that's already a huge red flag. They'll probably show you some success stories as a proof of their legitimacy and entice you to invest as well but don't ever fall for it.

There are many private paid signal groups, they have got free and paid version. Some of them have got very high monthly subscription. I haven't heard that many people have benefited from these groups. I have joined one of them, but the signals they provide are not up to date.
Like I wrote before the only one who benefits is the admin of the group and maybe members of the paid group if there are enough idiots in the free group who follow the "insider tips" of the admin.
Its no surprise that even the SEC is after such groups!
