You could do it manually, and its possible, you could even use a custom userscript with tampermonkey to delete people from your perspective of a thread if they have a certain signature.
But I don't see why youd want to, some people actually have good quality posts, so it's better just to get a signature remover.

I really would like to ignore user based on their/a specific signature. Most of them just spam nonsense only to get a higher payment.
There are a few campaigns that promote spam, I really dislike it and would be happy to block them altogether.
Could something like this be implemented ?
