You wanna buy FPGA for mining, seriously guys FUND my project.
I will update the details soon once my engineer can confirm it and gets one prototype ready. Probably will take anywhere from 2 weeks to the end of July.
keep in mind india is NOT a destination for FPGA chip sellers.
I have found some contacts seriously cant rely on all of these guys as they are complete strangers to me. I must visit these manu-factories myself and do all the talkings & confirmings in person.

come  over to  delhi  a  group of  us can get  some of these people do the  work.  hehehe  .

Care to explain >?

well As  you know  trust is  such a  big  issue  in  india,  talking about   funding  some one  in  kolkatta  is  like   saying  "here  you  go   i have   written you a signed  blank  cheque,  keep it  safe  for me."

i hard  for  people  to  trust  any one in india, unless he or she is  in the same location, and  then  to it  is  still a bit  hard  to trust..

Yes thats why i am INVITING Any and Everyone to come visit once the prototype is ready.

Cool  would  love  to look into it.

do  keep me  posted  on  your progress,  i will  also  do the same   once  my  project  takes  off the  ground.

I have free electricity ......plus workplace ,,,,,,,that is my own flat ....

Now you'r talking business . just pm me we can work some thing out.

2ndly Dude dont buy cards JUST to mine BTC you will make NOTHING.

I am interested in ltc mining

Quote
If you have 30k with you I'd suggest giving that money to a local fpga developer buy some fpga chips & have yur custom built FPGA miner these fpga's easily consume a lot more power than a normal Card.

I am really out of idea what is it ?....can you please help me in finding a local fpga developer. I am totally a newbie.

well  if you  want  to  join me   on this  quest. i am  trying  to   get   a  few   FPGA  developers in Noida  to   give  this  a  try ,  we  can  pool in the money and  any on  who want  to  join in  can .

This is where I get my hardware from. Seem to be the best and most reliable dealer in Bangalore. Have been using them for over 15 years.

2ndly Dude dont buy cards JUST to mine BTC you will make NOTHING.

buy 6970's anything other than that are a waste of money in terms of graphics cards for mining BTC.

BUT if you are into mining alt coins then thats a good idea to mine with cards for the time being.

If you have 30k with you I'd suggest giving that money to a local fpga developer buy some fpga chips & have yur custom built FPGA miner these fpga's easily consume a lot more power than a normal Card.

This way SINCE you have free electricity - you could also perform other tasks with the fpga like rainbow tables and password cracking (ignoreif you dont know what these are) - along with BTC mining.

ON the other hand if you are into animation & stuff like me, go ahead and buy these cards, you and I both know with a better hardware the stuff we can produce will generate long term revenue.

How can you get FPGA for 30K in Bangalore? Lemme know, seems worth it.

Looking at this chart :

https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/wiki/Mining-hardware-comparison

AMD 7970 looks a decent buy , and more so if you are able to buy it at 30k ...
