Yes, they rejected my domain nano-btc.com so I sent application again with nano-btc.website and they approved me..
But, can I get ban with more than one account? I think no one can have more than one GA account..
That sounds similar to
this person's situation:
Hey all,
The ads on my site aren't showing after a good 7 days? I don't need to enter a PIN as I'm outside of the US. I've seen a few people with the same problem but can't seem to find an answer!
Originally the account got turned off as the code was on a site with litttle content, but it's not anymore - it's on a site with shed loads!
http://www.trackreviewers.com and it should be in the left hand bar.
Thanks.
Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they were able to fix their problem. However, it does link to
this page which might offer some clues.
Also there is a troubleshooter:

Have you received an approval email saying that your account has been fully approved and ads should start to show on the pages of your site?
We have a two-step approval process for all accounts in AdSense.
The first step in the process is a preliminary check on your site and your account details. After you pass this step, you get AdSense account access and can place AdSense ad code directly onto your site.
The second step in the application process requires that you implement the ad code onto your site. Please note that blank ads will be served at this stage. Once you've started generating ad impressions, your site will be re-reviewed by our specialists. When you're approved at this second and final stage, you'll begin to see live ads appear on your site.
Find out more about the two-step publisher application process on the official Inside AdSense blog.
If your AdSense application was originally disapproved or we recently reenabled ad serving after a policy violation appeal, it may take up to 48 hours for Google ads to appear, and up to one week for AdSense for search to function on your site(s). We appreciate your patience.
Did you pass both steps in their approval process?
That page also links to another page where it seems that many other people have been experiencing the same problem as yours:
