That user could come again in another username and we'll never know that. But if he's with the same tactic and scheme, we'll still see these offers and gonna give us an idea that it's still him.

Thanks to your concern and keep on doing this and busting the same and other types of scams that you might encounter. We all want to have a clean community but despite doing that, they also keep on coming.

And that's why we need to inform each other about their tactics, so if you see one, don't hesitate to post them again.

A question OP, How do you link up the three profiles?

Well, the fact that jimmy0143 has a looked announcement thread is highly suspicious and could warrant a negative tag, but I still don't see how they are connected yet with clear-cut evidence.
Not only is jimmy0143 the one who locked his announcement topic after he was exposed, but the other two accounts also, and I think they provide the same service, but with different contact accounts; I am 90% sure all accounts are multiple accounts of the same scammer.

Please help me protect others from this professional scammer.
To avoid another scam, you should not deal with newbie members because they can create new accounts with ease. They did not build their accounts and reputation for years just overnight, and if someone's service is attractive to you, khaled0111's advice would be ideal as you deal through the escrow service so as not to fall into their traps and send your money first and then receive the block.

Maybe you are right, maybe you are wrong. You didn't provide enough evidences and your claims are, unfortunately, based on assumptions.
The only thing we can do/say to warn other members is to advise them to use an escrow when dealing with a newbie who has no reputation on this forum.

I hope you're aware that the forum is not moderated for scam, this gives them the gods to have the kind of courage that keep them repeating what they are doing, but all thanks to the forum members who always dig deeper into investigating such users and reported them while they receives tags accordingly to how they have appeared to be, we are not expected to have any trade or business deal with anyone in the name of being a fellow member of this noble bitcointalk community, except we know them or trust them, alot of people have been scammed right here and the scammers also got their own bubbles bursted in a little interval of time.

I understand correctly that your argument that ties jimmy0143 and two previously tagged and flagged accounts, brandon6969 and Smith_94, is because both brandon6969 and jimmy0143 offers Content Decryption Modules [CDM]?

This citizen does not get tired of giving scams here on the forum, as soon as he manages to successfully strike with an account he creates another one to catch another unsuspecting one.
Please help me protect others from this professional scammer.

Let's not wait for another wretch to be scammed by him so we can flag his profile.
It is already an old user with several accounts on the forum that is coming from scams.
