Many new ICO's have some bounty programmes. Bounty programmes such as Twitter, Facebook, Signature campagne. They want you to put their signature on your profile, in reward they pay you with their tokens. The higher your rank is the more you get. Every Campagne has it's own reward system.

Signature is a user-defined text that appears beneath all of your posts. It can be a short message, link to your website, short life quotes and so on. When you join a signature campaign, you rent this space out to some project and use it as advertisement for that project's product. You’re typically received some sort of financial compensation for doing so, most often denominated in project’s native currency.
