For further understanding, you should use the quote option of any post which you don't know how they made it, for example, someone made an ANN, a bounty page, a signature page, a table with icons, a list, or hyperlinking, etc.
You simply have to click on the quote button and you can see what tags and format the user has used to make it.

I can now attach an image to text and post a text with link in the topic.

Hey OP the posts above have actually shown you how add the link, my suggestion to you is when you encounter some new things like this in the forum, One way I used to Learn about them is to quote that user who posted such posts. If you quote that particular post you will see everything in plain text and how they arranged it. This way you can copy that from a tab and use it in another tab, then preview it first to see if you have done it properly. And you will get use to it in no time.
